Zero Trust Remote Access. Cloudflare Zero Trust gives your team secure, identity-verified access to company resources from anywhere — without the headaches of a traditional VPN.

DNS Web Filtering. Blocks malicious and high-risk sites at the network level and helps stop zero-day threats before they reach a workstation.

Backup & Recovery. Cloud-based backup with an optional onsite backup appliance for your servers, plus routine restore testing — so a bad day never becomes a lost business.

Microsoft 365 Management. Licensing, tenant administration, identity and MFA, mobile device management, and license lifecycle — all handled by Velocigo.

How Getting Started Works

There’s no setup fee — onboarding is part of the engagement. We begin with a discovery and documentation phase to understand your environment, deploy our monitoring and security tooling, and conduct an onsite visit to meet your team and inventory your systems. From there you’re in active, proactive management: we keep everything patched, monitored, secured, and documented, and we meet with you regularly to align IT with where your business is headed.

What does managed IT actually cover? Everything day-to-day: help desk support, 24/7 monitoring, patching, endpoint and email security, backup, Microsoft 365 administration, and vendor coordination — under one flat monthly per-user fee.

How fast do you respond? You reach a live person by phone during business hours (7:00am–6:00pm Central), and email tickets are answered within two business hours.

Do we have to buy new hardware or sign a long contract? No. Hardware is quoted separately at our cost plus a small handling fee, and managed services can run month-to-month with no setup fee. We do recommend at least a one-year agreement — it is mutually beneficial, sets clear responsibilities on both sides, and includes a cancel-anytime clause with 60 days notice.
