Text Messaging Terms of Service

These Text Messaging Terms of Service (“SMS Terms”) govern the text (SMS/MMS) messaging program (the “Program”) offered by Velocigo Inc
(“we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to or participating in the Program, you agree to these SMS Terms. If you do not agree, do not opt in and do not send messages to our number.
1. Program description
The Program is used solely for business communications with existing clients of Velocigo Inc.
When you opt in, we send text messages related to your existing business relationship with us,
such as confirmations, notifications, reminders, and customer-care responses. The Program is
not used for marketing, promotional, or solicitation messages, and is not used
to send generic or mass-broadcast messages.
2. How you are enrolled
Velocigo Inc enrolls participants through a written consent process completed during onboarding
with your employer, on Velocigo Inc’s behalf. Before any messages are sent, you review and agree
in writing to a disclosure describing the Program and provide the mobile number at which you
consent to receive recurring automated messages. We do not send Program messages to you until
this written consent has been obtained. Consent is not a condition of employment or of any
purchase.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies.
4. Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by, and payable to,
your mobile service provider. We do not charge for the messages themselves, but your carrier’s
standard messaging and data rates will apply. Please contact your wireless provider for details
about your plan.
5. How to opt out
You can cancel the Program at any time by texting STOP to the number from
which you receive our messages. After you send STOP, we will send you a
confirmation message and then stop sending Program messages to you. You may also reply with
UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.
If you opt out, you may need to opt in again to resume receiving messages.
6. Help

7. Supported carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective
transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.
8. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. Information you provide in connection with the Program is handled
in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at
https://staging.velocigo.com/privacy-policy.
We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own
marketing purposes.
9. Eligibility
The Program is intended for users located in the United States who are the account holder or
authorized user of the mobile number provided. You must be of legal age to consent in your
jurisdiction.
10. Master Service Agreement
If you or your organization have entered into a separate written Master Service Agreement
(or other signed services agreement) with Velocigo Inc, that agreement governs and controls
to the extent its terms conflict with these SMS Terms. These SMS Terms apply only where they
do not conflict with such an agreement.
11. Changes to these SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted at this URL.
Your continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of
the updated SMS Terms.
